Phobias and Panic Attacks

I have over 30 years experience in Leadership and Troubleshooting roles and have been a qualified mentor and coach for almost 15 years.
I built my career managing dynamic operational environments in the outsourcing and customer services arena and won many awards for my delivery on behalf of clients and within my business unit. After moving out of full time employment in late 2001 I’ve continued to use my skills to help organisation of all types and sizes to reach their potential working as a Freelance Business Consultant and Troubleshooter.
I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2007 as I had seen the power of hypnotherapy to make deep personal changes for myself and later trained to teach Mindfulness Mediation and T’ai Chi Chih to help people deal with the impact of anxiety and depression.
I focus my energy on developing ways to help individuals and organisations deal with modern life and achieve the life they dream of, become happier and more fulfilled.
I am ‘solutions focussed’ which means I don’t need to spend years of your life (and money) treating you, but will aim to find the fastest and most effective way to help.
